You can register using the registration form on our website. To help us review your request thoroughly and prepare for your appointment as best as possible, we ask that you fill out the form as completely as possible.

Our office is available to answer any organizational questions you may have by phone or email. However, the registration form is particularly important for medical preparation, as it allows us to collect relevant information in a structured manner.

These Terms and Conditions form the contractual basis for your relationship with Health Point Dr. Klein. By confirming, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to the provisions regarding treatment, costs, appointment cancellations, data protection, and billing.

A treatment agreement is established upon registration, scheduling an appointment, and acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions. The specific terms are set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Health Point Dr. Klein.

Dr. Klein and Partners are available exclusively as private practitioners.

The costs depend on the type and scope of medical services, diagnostic procedures, and the chosen treatment. After completing the online questionnaire, you can request a non-binding cost estimate for an outpatient or day-care visit.

The estimate includes medical services. External services such as laboratory tests, medications, lodging, or meals are not included and may incur additional costs.

Dr. Klein and Partners are available exclusively as private practitioners.

Services are billed on a private basis. Depending on the situation, payment is made on-site or upon receipt of an invoice. Please refer to the terms and conditions and the information provided during registration.

For longer day-care stays involving overnight stays off-site for patients from Germany and abroad, an advance payment may be required. Details will be provided in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Dr. Klein and Partners are available exclusively as private practitioners.

As a result, these services generally cannot be covered by mandatory basic insurance.

Depending on your insurance provider, plan, and coverage, you may be eligible for a partial reimbursement through international supplemental insurance. Please check with your insurance provider directly before beginning treatment.

Otherwise, we recommend that you include the treatment costs with your income tax statement. You can submit this to the accounting department buha@healthpointag.ch .

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time so that we can offer the reserved slot to another patient. In the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Please take a moment to think about which symptoms, questions, and goals are most important to you. It is also helpful to provide a brief overview of your past diagnoses, treatments, medications, and relevant medical history.

Please bring your lab reports, medical reports, and hospital records (if available) to your first appointment.

No. Health Point Dr. Klein takes a personalized approach. The most appropriate treatment depends on your symptoms, test results, goals, and overall medical condition.

Follow-up visits show how your body is responding to treatment. They help assess your progress, address any questions you may have, and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Yes. A treatment plan is not set in stone. Depending on the findings, how well the patient tolerates the treatment, how the symptoms develop, or new information that comes to light, the treatment can be adjusted.
